Karen the Karing V.A. began with a leap of faith—a chance to work from home while supporting her then 5-year-old daughter as she started school. That moment of transition sparked a bigger journey. With a timely introduction from a dear friend, Karen met her first client, Akeela, the visionary behind Courageous Business Culture. More than just a client, Akeela became a mentor and inspiration—a woman devoted to helping others lead with courage, joy, and fulfillment. Her support helped Karen step into her new role with confidence and purpose.

Now known by many as the Khao$ Koordinator, Karen has made it her mission to turn overwhelm into opportunity. Where others see chao$, she sees untapped potential. Her detail-loving, systems-savvy mind brings clarity to cluttered workflows and peace to packed schedules.

Karen’s business found its stride during the height of COVID, when entrepreneurs and organizations pivoted to the online space. Since then, she’s supported clients in expanding their digital presence, building systems that work, and growing their impact around the world.

At the core of Karen the Karing V.A. is one goal: to lighten the load for business owners who are carrying too much. Whether it’s organizing a project, crafting compelling content, or setting up systems behind the scenes, Karen believes that easing even one piece of someone’s burden can create meaningful change.

Karen is married to her wonderful partner and proud mom to four incredible kids—two grown sons, a spirited daughter, and a sweet baby boy born on the final day of 2023. She’s also dog-mom to a lovable Borador Retriever, who adds joy and companionship to her bustling household.

A true creative at heart, Karen expresses herself through color (hair and eyes included!), nature, and art. She’s drawn to water for its calming energy, enjoys all forms of crafting, and starts her mornings with a cup of coffee she savors like a ritual. Her love of organization even shows up on TikTok, where she shares satisfying videos that reflect her passion for bringing order and beauty into everyday life.
