When is work completed?

Support work is completed Monday to Friday to maintain consistency, focus, and high-quality delivery.


When are meetings available?

Meetings are available Monday to Thursday, based on availability. All meetings must be booked in advance and are billed separately after the session. 


Fridays are reserved for focused work to ensure steady progress and completion of tasks.


Is weekend work available?

Weekend work is available as a premium add-on for urgent projects, launches, or time-sensitive needs. 


All weekend support must be scoped, confirmed, and paid for in advance. Last-minute weekend requests are not accommodated to protect workflow and quality.


How are tasks confirmed?

Tasks are confirmed via email and text to ensure clarity, alignment, and accountability throughout the process. 


What happens if more hours are needed?

Any additional hours beyond your package must be pre-approved. Payment is required before additional support is provided. 


This ensures all work remains intentional, structured, and within capacity.


How is the right package chosen?

Quarterly Founder Protection Packages are designed to support the most common business needs across different seasons.

This allows us to clarify your priorities and recommend the most supportive structure for your business. 


What if I need support beyond a quarterly package?

If your needs exceed your package hours, Support Sprints can be added. 


These are short-term, focused support intensive designed to address specific priorities without disrupting your overall structure. 


Do unused hours roll over?

Unused hours do not roll over into the next quarter. 


Each package is intentionally structured to support focus, clarity, and sustainable use of time and energy. 


How do payments work?

Payments are made via PayPal. Clients located in Canada may also pay via e-transfer if they have an account with RBC (Royal Bank of Canada).


When is payment due?

Payment must be received before any work begins or continues beyond the agreed scope.  


Is a contract required?

Yes. A digital contract agreement is provided after payment. 


Work begins only once payment is received and the contract is signed. 


Are refunds available? 

All payments are non-refundable, including in the event of contract cancellation.


What is included in Social Media Support?

Social Media Support includes post scheduling, engagement tracking, and light community management. 


Content and image creation are available only within customized packages and are not included in standard support. 


Is Calendar Management included?

No. It is not part of KTKVA services.

How are meetings scheduled?

Meetings are scheduled Monday to Thursday, based on availability.

How are meetings billed?

Meetings are billed immediately after the session. 


Invoices are sent via PayPal or by email for e-transfer. (E-transfer is for Canadian clients only)


How does customized support work?

Customized support is available when standard quarterly packages are not the right fit. 


Each package is built around your selected services and follows structured minimum and maximum hours to ensure consistency, clarity, and high-quality support. 


Work begins only after payment is received and a digital contract is signed. 


Any additional hours beyond the agreed package require prepayment before work continues.


How are completed tasks confirmed?

Quick confirmations are shared via text for immediate updates.


Detailed confirmations and summaries are provided via email once tasks are completed.
