When is work completed?

  • Support work is completed Monday to Friday.


When are meetings available?

  • Meetings are available Monday to Thursday, based on availability. All meetings must be booked in advance and are billed separately after the session.


Is weekend work available?

  • Weekend work is offered as a premium add-on. It must be scoped, confirmed, and paid for at least two weeks in advance. Weekend support cannot be arranged last-minute.


How are tasks confirmed?

  • Tasks are confirmed via email and text to ensure clarity and accountability.


What happens if more hours are needed?

  • Extra hours beyond a package require pre-approval. Payment must be received before additional support is provided.


How do the right package get chosen?

  • Quarterly packages are designed to cover the most common business support needs. 


  • If needs are unique or unclear, the Quick Service Selection Form can be completed and a free 30-Minute Alignment & Assistance Appointment booked. This allows priorities to be clarified and a tailored package to be recommended.


What if support is needed beyond a quarterly package?

  • When work exceeds the maximum hours of a quarterly package, Support Sprints can be added. These are short-term, high-intensity support packages designed to address specific needs.


Do unused hours roll over?

  • Unused hours do not roll over into the next quarter. Each quarter is intentionally structured to support focus, clarity, and sustainability.


How do payments work?

  • All payments are made via PayPal. Clients located in Canada may also pay via e-transfer.


When is payment due?

  • Payment must be received before any work begins or continues beyond the agreed scope.


Is a contract required?

  • Yes. A digital contract agreement is sent after payment. Work does not begin until payment is received and the contract is signed.


Are refunds available?

  • No refunds are offered. Payments are non-refundable, even if a contract is cancelled.


What is included in Social Media Support?

  • Social Media Support includes post scheduling, engagement tracking, and light community management. 


  • Content and image creation are optional and available only within custom packages. Regular support packages do not include content or image creation.


Is calendar management included?

  • Calendar management is not part of standard services. Support focuses on inbox stewardship, workflow optimization, project coordination, administrative support, and social media support. 


  • Calendar support may be discussed as a custom service if needed.


How are meetings scheduled?

  • Meetings can be booked Monday to Thursday. Fridays are reserved for focused work and do not include meetings. 


  • Each meeting booking reserves one full hour to allow time for discussion, clarification, and any required access or verification steps.


How are meetings billed?

  • Meetings are billed immediately after the session. Invoices are sent via PayPal or by email for e-transfer (Canadian clients only).


How does customized support work?

  • Customized packages are available when quarterly packages are not the right fit. All customized support follows a defined minimum and maximum number of hours per quarter to ensure consistency and proper care. 


  • Work begins only after payment is received and a digital contract is signed. Any additional hours beyond the agreed package require prepayment before work continues.


How are completed tasks confirmed?

  • Quick confirmations are sent via text. 


  • Formal confirmations and summaries are sent via email once tasks are complete.
